Description

• Lead distribution center and reverse logistics kiosk parts operations • Oversee operations management processes for the distribution center • Develop and implement strategies for efficient supply chain operations • Manage procurement, inventory tracking, and parts management • Coordinate with teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; Master’s preferred. • Minimum of 12 years of experience in operations management within a distribution center, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, planning, inventory management, and parts/spare parts management. • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations. • Strong negotiation skills and experience with vendor management. • Proven track record of managing complex operations with cross-functional teams. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. • Proficiency in operations management software tools. • Certification in operations management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
