Description

• The Executive Assistant will manage all aspects of administrative support for the President and Executive Director • Responsible for calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements • Prepare briefing materials and conduct pre-event research for the President • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and manage correspondence

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting high-level executives, ideally within political or nonprofit sectors • Expertise in coordinating and managing busy executive calendars • Strong background in managing and reconciling expenses • Experience in planning and prioritizing executive engagements • Background in liaising with event organizers • Skilled in researching stakeholders, donors, and key figures • Familiarity with the political landscape • Proven ability to serve as a primary contact for high-level stakeholders • Skilled at drafting emails, correspondence, and talking points • Capable of managing incoming communication and supporting meeting needs
