Description

• Support the CEO in day-to-day operations and activities. • Organize CEO initiatives to optimize business success and work-life balance. • Familiarize with CEO’s personal and business needs. • Anticipate needs and identify pain points. • Handle CEO’s inbox and manage ad-hoc projects. • Liaise with executive management and manage business OKR. • Perform clerical duties including mail delegation and data entry. • Support HR initiatives and manage company equipment. • Assist with onboarding/offboarding team members. • Coordinate marketing efforts and support social media management. • Manage family calendar and research family events. • Perform routine home maintenance and general errands.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a personal assistant • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a leader, preferably at a fast-paced technology company • 4+ years of providing calendar management, travel, and expense reports • Knowledgeable in all core areas of content marketing • Experience in market research data, data analysis, and statistics • An understanding of implementing successful marketing strategies • A genuine passion for visual communication, including visual marketing, design, data visualization, visual storytelling, presentations, infographics, etc • Eagerness to learn demand generation, outbound marketing, SEO optimization, conversion rates, and other relevant marketing masteries • Ability to synthesize information into a clear, concise, user-friendly format • Demonstrated self-starter, high level of commitment, and ability to advance projects with minimal supervision • Ability to multi-task, manage time and priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy • Ability to remain nimble and flexible in an environment of changing business objectives • Service-focused, deliver a positive, professional, and consultative customer experience • Proactive, plan ahead, think in short and extended time frames • Adept at mastering technologies including Harvest, Trello, Loom, Zoom, Slack, and Google Docs
