Description

β€’ Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. β€’ Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. β€’ Prepare reports, memos, and other documentation as required. β€’ Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. β€’ Assist with special projects and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives. β€’ Conduct research and gather data to inform decisions and strategies. β€’ Manage office operations, ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools. β€’ Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
