Description

• Support multiple businesses and the client’s goals as a leader and mother • Provide daily communication, strategic guidance, and support • Act as a liaison between the team and contractors • Track orders with vendors and suppliers • Develop and implement policies and procedures • Identify and evaluate business opportunities • Conduct research and analysis • Manage special projects and initiatives • Oversee the work of other staff members • Manage scheduling and calendar • Handle travel and expense management • Personal and work email management

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Executive Assistant experience • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience working one-on-one with a leader • Experience in the construction, building supply, or manufacturing industries is ideal • Expert knowledge of Google Suite and Zoom • Ability to work on a PC system • Ability to navigate Project Management and POS platforms • Ability to travel
