📋 Description

• Manage full lifecycle of contracts including CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, OTAs, SBIRs, and STTRs. • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance. • Implement risk mitigation strategies. • Manage NDAs and streamline contract data tracking with platforms like NetSuite and Ironclad. • Work closely with proposal and capture teams. • Collaborate with legal, finance, engineering, and business teams. • Ensure compliance with regulations while mitigating risks. • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs. • Optimize contract management and generate reports. • Lead contract close-out processes and ensure timely submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (if not holding a JD). • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in government contracting, including experience with CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, OTAs, SBIRs, STTRs, and commercial contracts. • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, OTAs, SBIRs, and STTRs regulations. • Proficiency with NetSuite for contract management and compliance tracking, and experience with contract management platforms like Ironclad (or similar). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and compliant contract documents. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
