Description

The Demand Generation Manager will be instrumental in Lantern’s growth strategy, driving marketing programs that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into pipeline opportunities. This role will focus on integrating multi-channel strategies, leveraging data insights, and collaborating across marketing and sales to achieve aggressive growth goals.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in demand generation at a high-growth B2B company, preferably within the healthcare or benefits ecosystem. Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue. Deep knowledge of lead generation tactics, including digital marketing, ABM/ABX, and SDR alignment. Experience with marketing automation platforms (specifically HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaigns for performance. Excellent project management and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally to achieve goals.
