Description

• Lantern is seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. • You will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, executing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement. • Your focus will be on delivering high-quality campaigns on time while continuously seeking opportunities to automate processes and improve the efficiency of our digital operations. • This position is ideal for a motivated email marketer with a growing background in digital platform management, email development, and/or campaign management. • While we are highly manual today, our digital marketing specialist will be instrumental in moving the needle from a highly manual position to a highly automated one over the next 12 months.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in email and SMS campaign management. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including hands-on experience as an administrator or developer. • Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies. • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
