• Hi, we're Edlio! We are a fast-paced software development company that is looking for a smart, energetic, supportive, and dynamic individual to join our team. • We specialize in a web-based solution for thousands of schools and districts nationwide. • The SDR will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating interest and setting up qualified appointments for our Sale Closers to complete. • This role requires grit and a strong desire to succeed. • By cold-calling schools nationwide, you’ll play an integral role in building our sales pipeline and business!

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence • Strong negotiation skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to build rapport with clients • Self-starter, self-motivated and disciplined with a results-driven approach • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Strong oral and written presentation and communication skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Proactive in identifying and developing new business from telephone, email and other sales inquiry methods
