Description

• We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Growth team and help scale our outbound engine! • You’ll be responsible for leveraging our ever-evolving playbook to book qualified meetings (demos) with companies that fit our customer profile. • You will be the second BDR on the team, alongside our one BDR who has been hitting 150% of her quota consistently for the last two quarters. • If you are hard-working, scrappy, hungry to learn, competitive, and want your performance to have a direct impact on your career progression (and take-home pay), this is the role for you. • This role will be challenging and will test your grit, but if you’re up for it, you will learn faster than in other similar roles.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to understand technical concepts (APIs, integrations, different softwares) • Ability to handle objections from customers and push back • Self-motivated, disciplined, hungry, and curious about everything • Hold yourself to a high degree of accountability • Ability to be a sharp shooter independently, while collaborating with a team • Flexible and able to adapt to changes and the needs of the business • A desire to get into tech and learn and grow in the sales/marketing field • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field

Benefits
