• A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities for Educate 360’s sales organization. • This position lays the foundation for a successful career. • Help define and execute a proactive approach to identifying new sales opportunities. • Prospecting and identifying potential leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. • Use Outreach, Dynamics CRM, and other prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft targeted messaging. • Contact key stakeholders in target accounts to drive conversations and business opportunities. • Learn our products and services to effectively communicate our value proposition with a technical audience. • Expand your knowledge of sales skills and our solutions.
• Proficient computer knowledge and skills is a requirement. • Ability to consistently show up for yourself and your team. • Naturally think on your feet in a conversation and can answer unexpected questions with ease. • Be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment. • Internal motivation and drive are among your strongest traits. • Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback. • Confidence in your ability to succeed.
