• This is a remote position. • ManageEngine is the IT management division of Zoho Corporation. • With over 280,000 customers across the world, ManageEngine is a recognized leader in the IT management space. • Seeking a talented, self-motivated and dedicated event specialist to join our North American marketing team. • Plan, manage, and execute corporate events, trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and customer meetups. • Develop and execute event marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media promotions, landing pages, and paid ads. • Measure event success using KPIs such as attendance rates, engagement, lead conversion, and ROI analysis. • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in B2B software or tech industries. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously. • Experience with event marketing strategies, including email automation, paid promotions, and digital campaigns. • Ability to analyze event performance metrics and make data-driven improvements. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and partner collaborations. • Familiarity with event management tools (e.g., Zoho Backstage, Cvent, Eventbrite, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software. • Willingness to travel for in-person events as needed.
