Description
• Oversees the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of EF and EAF’s High Net Worth Individual funding partners • Serves as part of the Strategic Partnerships external fundraising team • Contributes to efforts to broaden EF’s reach and visibility within the philanthropic community
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience fundraising, advising and collaborating with HNWIs at the seven-figure level • Experience communicating and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures • Experience advancing multiple projects involving complex issues and deadlines • Demonstrated background in tracking action items and ensuring detailed follow-through • Intermediate skill level using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with Google Drive/Docs • Experience using a relational database, preferably Salesforce
