• Responsible for leading the General Engineering, Façade & Sustainability activities globally. • Drive the company's growth and operational efficiency. • Develop and expand the Energy & Sustainable City Business Line's footprint in the US. • Transform working practices to align with climate change challenges. • Execute an offshoring strategy to optimize production costs and manage talent market scarcity. • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including Business Line CEO and Regional Business Line Directors.
