• Contribute to growth as a technical seller supporting sales team. • Design and position services and technology solutions. • Develop relationships with prospects and engage in value-added conversations. • Capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities and nurture customer relationships. • Lead discovery calls to gather insights for proposals. • Support sales team with technical knowledge during opportunity calls. • Elevate company’s brand through social platforms and presentations. • Demonstrate technologies within fields of expertise.

Requirements

• Hands-on architecture/engineering experience and expertise in Microsoft and data center solutions. • Prior work experience in consulting/architecture preferred. • Relevant experience in developing scopes of work, presales engineering and customer engagement. • Strong writing, presentation, influencing and communications skills with acute attention to detail and excellence. • Must be willing to work from home, and occasionally travel overnight to ensure customer success. • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused, dynamic environment.
