• Drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency across the marketing team • Own optimization of operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals • Guide your team to profitable growth, developing their skill sets • Ensure all operations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements • Assist with product integrations and align new solutions with existing systems and processes • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including analyzing market trends • Ensure data, timelines, and risks are communicated clearly across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy, Pre-Law, Business, Economics, Health Sciences, Marketing or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of related experience or in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sector • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data manipulation • Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis, visualization, and strategic planning • Experience in managing and improving operational processes • Familiarity with compliance and legal aspects related to healthcare or insurance preferred, but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and complex ideas to diverse audiences • Familiarity with marketing tools and insurance sales a plus
