β€’ Assisting the CEO in identifying and tracking leads. β€’ Searching for potential customers via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms. β€’ Answering inquiries via messages (not phone calls or meetings). β€’ Organizing and managing follow-ups to ensure timely communication. β€’ Understanding and analyzing buyer personas, pain points, and triggers to improve conversion. β€’ Assisting in sales funnel development and sales script creation. β€’ Posting content and engaging with audiences on social media. β€’ Monitoring engagement by scrolling through comments and interactions. β€’ Reviewing data to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities. β€’ Working with the marketing team to develop offers, campaigns, and proposals. β€’ Supporting the tracking and analysis of advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads). β€’ Sorting and managing large datasets to extract valuable insights.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the US market β€’ Sales experience within the Data Center industry or engineering services in the US is essential β€’ Strong work ethic and ability to remain self-motivated in a remote work environment β€’ Effective communication skills with management to ensure efficient task completion β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) β€’ Proven experience leveraging LinkedIn for sales prospecting, lead generation, and outreach β€’ Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Pipedrive is a plus β€’ Solid understanding of the sales process and its dynamics β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to analyze data and provide insights to optimize conversion rates β€’ Capability to work independently while aligning with company goals β€’ Authorization to work in the USA
