📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our go-to-market efforts and drive significant revenue growth. • This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive market awareness, product and services adoption, and revenue growth for EIS. • This role will focus on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for EIS key markets, product marketecture, solutions, and services. • The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and strategic thinker with deep expertise in B2B enterprise software, preferably in fintech or insurtech.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, preferably in fintech or insurtech. • Proven ability to develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with buyers. • Strong experience in partner and channel enablement within an enterprise software go-to-market motion. • Experience working on a global scale, ensuring messaging and go-to-market strategies are adaptable across NA, EMEA, and Asia. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong program management skills, including goal setting, milestone planning, and progress tracking. • Experience in developing and executing product launch strategies, including content and campaign planning. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success teams. • Experience working with analysts, press, and influencers to elevate brand visibility and credibility. • Strong storytelling ability and the capability to create impactful sales and marketing collateral. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Fluency in a second language such as Spanish or French is a plus.

🏖️ Benefits

• The targeted pay range for this position is $120,000 - 150,000 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. • In addition to your salary, you will also receive stock options as part of our offer, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. • Base pay information is based on market location. • Applicants should formally apply via the careers site. • EIS Group will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of Article 49 of the San Francisco Police Code or any other applicable laws.
