📋 Description

• Collaborate with Outsourced Services project managers and leaders to execute resource capacity plans • Allocate resources to projects and forecast future staffing needs • Address employee development, morale, and performance issues • Manage overall workforce planning metrics (headcount, turnover, etc.) • Assist HR and Talent Management with the annual review process • Collaborate on recruiting needs for the Outsourced Services Group

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of project management experience • Prior experience in a professional service organization (Consulting, Law, CPA firm) • Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills • Effective leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) preferred
