📋 Description
• Intel Government Technologies (IGT) manages Intel's business with governments worldwide. • The Proposal Manager role is responsible for proposal writing and leadership. • Develop and execute a Proposal Management Plan. • Work with technical subject matter experts to develop government proposal documentation. • Create compelling content on competitive RFP proposals. • Manage response schedules and ensure contributors meet requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• US Citizenship required • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Business, Marketing, Communications, Program or Project Management or in a STEM related field of study • 5+ years of experience in proposal generation such as but not limited to: proposal management, technical writing, proposal writing and technical documentation • Active U.S. Government Security Clearance with a minimum of Secret level • Experience in federal procurement processes, regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS), solicitation evaluation criteria and contracting vehicles, including writing proposals for competitive RFPs and sole source solicitations • Experience with Shipley Business Development Lifecycle or equivalent • Experience in semiconductor technology, industry, and customer engagement
