Description

• Design and create dynamic, interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and other industry-standard tools. • Develop print design materials that complement digital learning components, ensuring cohesive and engaging educational materials. • Conceptualize and build in-depth, interactive scenarios that enrich the learning experience for participants. • Lead eLearning projects from conception through to delivery, managing timelines, resources, and expectations to ensure successful outcomes. • Implement rigorous QA processes to uphold high standards of content accuracy and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field. • A Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years experience in eLearning and project management. • Proficient in Articulate Storyline and other eLearning authoring tools. • Familiarity with HTML and digital learning platforms. • Proven ability to navigate complex projects with strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Strong skills in quality assurance, with a proven ability to maintain high delivery standards. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
