• Note: This position is posted by ELM Learning, a leader in custom eLearning solutions. However, the role is primarily for our new sister company, Positive Leader, which focuses on delivering leadership training and development. You will be working closely with the Positive Leader team to help grow and scale this exciting new venture. • About Us: ELM & Positive Leader are corporate training companies that use positive psychology principles to deliver custom leadership training solutions through online courses, workshops, and coaching. Our programs drive impactful organizational change by fostering self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and effective leadership at all levels. We’re passionate about creating positive, growth-driven workplace cultures, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us reach more companies in need of transformation. • Role Overview: As a BDR, you will play a critical role in our sales team by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. Your main focus will be identifying and connecting with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and helping organizations see how our leadership training solutions can improve their workplace culture, productivity, and overall employee engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a BDR, sales development, or customer-facing role. Experience in corporate training, leadership development, or HR solutions is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey the value of ELM/Positive Leader’s offerings. • Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and anticipates the needs of the team and clients. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proactive and assertive in identifying and pursuing opportunities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and prospecting tools. • Passion for leadership development, positive psychology, and helping organizations grow.
