• Our mission at Electric Coin Co. is to empower economic freedom. • We engage in a variety of media and social media channels. • To drive these initiatives, we are seeking a hands-on Strategic Marketing Manager. • The Strategic Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with our Community Manager and our Zashi Head of Product Marketing. • Key Responsibilities: • Content Development: Create engaging content, including blog posts, infographics, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media campaigns that educate and inform our audience. • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI. • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that support our product roadmap. • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence and generate demand. • Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain ECC’s brand identity and messaging. • Public Relations: Manage media relations and develop press releases and media kits. • Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners. • Team Leadership: Help build out the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity.

Requirements

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Ability to execute basic designs using tools like Canva is a big plus. • Strong portfolio of created content, showing versatility across different formats and channels. • Analytical capabilities to assess the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns and adjust strategies based on the data. • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals. • Deep understanding and experience in the cryptocurrency industry including the major players, communities and trends. • 5+ years of proven experience leading marketing and/or business growth - ideally in a start-up environment. • Proven success scaling a high-growth company or business unit. • Experience working internationally and cross-culturally, across different contexts and belief systems. • Understanding of cryptocurrencies including function, the market, benefits and drawbacks. • Ability to set and deliver on growth targets. • Excellent leadership and managerial skills. • Experience working cross-functionally with different platforms to create a cohesive growth plan. • Results oriented - holds themselves accountable for short and long term success. • Exceptional communication skills. • Strong background of operational excellence and financial management.
