β’ 1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role, with a track record of exceeding lead generation and meeting-setting targets. β’ Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals. β’ A metrics-focused mindset, with experience tracking and improving key sales KPIs. β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messaging and engage prospects effectively. β’ Proficiency in outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, multi-threaded outreach, and social selling. β’ Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar sales enablement tools to manage lead activity and measure performance. β’ A passion for continuous learning and development, with the ability to take coaching and apply feedback to improve results. β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, adapting quickly to changing strategies and market conditions.
