Description

β€’ Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers. β€’ Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers. β€’ Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. β€’ Understanding and configuring products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. β€’ Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded software and hardware. β€’ Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers. β€’ Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management. β€’ Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas. β€’ Training other members of the potential sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services. β€’ Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFQ / RFI responses

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer β€’ Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions β€’ Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives β€’ Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner β€’ Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Excellent presentation and creativity skills β€’ Willingness to travel β€’ BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base β€’ A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value to end-users β€’ Experience with Staffing or ERP systems are a plus
