β’ 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer β’ Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions β’ Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives β’ Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner β’ Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Excellent presentation and creativity skills β’ Willingness to travel β’ BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base β’ A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value to end-users β’ Experience with Staffing or ERP systems are a plus
