Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Power Management industry β€’ Strong track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered rapid revenue and margin growth objectives via a clear set of KPIs β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business or Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering preferred β€’ Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred β€’ Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful & results orientated with a continuous improvement mindset β€’ Recognized by peers to be ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient & highly motivated β€’ Outstanding sales ability and closing skills β€’ Customer-focused with a passion for customer success β€’ Strong presentation / communication skills β€’ Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions within customer and Regal Rexnord organizations β€’ Ability and desire to travel domestically (by car) on a regular basis and ability to travel nationally/internationally 1-2 times a year. β€’ Valid Drivers License is required
