Description

β€’ Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform to support business operations. β€’ Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions. β€’ Design and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, and other Salesforce features. β€’ Maintain data integrity and hygiene through audits and data imports/exports. β€’ Create and manage automations using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers. β€’ Provide support to end-users and deliver training sessions. β€’ Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. β€’ Collaborate with IT and external vendors for system integrations. β€’ Document system configurations and administrative processes. β€’ Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards.

Requirements

β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce features and tools, including Flow, Process Builder, and SOQL. β€’ Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. β€’ Experience with third-party applications and integrations via Salesforce AppExchange or APIs. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. β€’ Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement tools. β€’ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
