Description

• Report to the Director of CRM and Data Insights. • Support implementation and management of Salesforce. • Focus on system configuration, user management, and data integrity. • Assist in Salesforce implementation and migration. • Manage daily operations of Salesforce. • Provide ongoing user support and training. • Oversee data hygiene efforts and system maintenance. • Manage user accounts and permissions. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably within a nonprofit organization. • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 or equivalent). • Experience with Salesforce implementation and data migration projects, especially Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations. • Proficiency in creating and modifying custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security settings, and data management best practices. • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, with a particular focus on Flows. • Strong reporting and dashboarding experience on the Salesforce platform. • Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience training users. • Collaborative team player with experience working alongside senior leadership.
