Description

• Responsible for planning, development, and execution of client's digital strategies • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries • Analyze client concerns and provide solutions • Educate clients on product/services and maximize benefits • Gather and document client feedback for improvements • Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing client interactions

Requirements

• Dedicated workstation at home • 30 MBPS minimum Internet connection • Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
