• As a vital support role at our client, this role is crucial in aiding the founder through a variety of tasks, including data and client operations management, material and proposal development, and comprehensive administrative support. • Data and Client Operations Management: Utilize data tools for precise client list building and filtering based off of hyper-specific pre-defined criteria. • Manage client-related operations, ensuring smooth workflows and effective communication for tasks that fall under this role such as uploading lists to client portals, uploading copy, uploading reports, and alerting clients to all of the above. • Client Material Development and Proposal Creation: Craft and adapt client portal, client info, market analysis templates and visually engaging assets for clients as needed. • Develop detailed proposals that capture client needs and the agency’s value proposition using notes from Kellen, call recordings, and existing SOPs. • Communication and Scheduling Coordination: Support communication, including email management for the founder. Efficiently partner to organize and maintain the founder’s calendar, prioritizing tasks and engagements. • Administrative and Project Support: Provide diverse administrative assistance, acting as an extension of the founder. Manage ad-hoc tasks and special projects, contributing to the agency’s operations. • Team Collaboration and Process Enhancement: Collaborate with team members for seamless project execution. Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency (or openness to learning) in data management tools and presentation software. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. • Experience in administrative support and client operations. • Creative and strategic thinking for proposal / asset development.

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
