• We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Procurement and Project Support Administrator to join our team. • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing support to the Senior Purchaser, focusing on procurement processes and project-related administrative tasks. • With a strong emphasis on attention to detail and efficient task management, this role ensures the smooth execution of procurement activities and contributes to project success. • Responsibilities include providing essential support to the Senior Purchaser in procurement processes, preparing documents, managing vendor communications, and maintaining records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in providing support to Senior Administrators in a project-oriented environment. • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with procurement software or databases. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability collaborate professionally with all team members. • Familiarity with construction or procurement processes is advantageous.
