Description

• Section 8 Housing Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage and expand the Section 8 housing program within the mobile home parks. • Tenant Screening and Relations: Conduct thorough tenant screenings to ensure quality and reliability. Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly. • Property Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the mobile home parks, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations. • Sales and Marketing: Utilize sales and marketing skills to look for new investment properties, attract new tenants, promote properties, and enhance occupancy rates. • Division Management: Over time, manage additional divisions such as Section 8 properties outside the parks, tax sales, and other real estate ventures. • Leadership Development: Work closely with VP to understand the business model and develop the skills necessary to take on a higher role soon.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate and property management. • Knowledge of Section 8 housing or similar programs -- preferred • Strong sales and marketing skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively screen tenants and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships. • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. • Teachable and eager to learn new aspects of the real estate business. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
