Description
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads for US-based clients. • Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve future efforts. • Manage social media, email marketing, content creation, and other digital marketing initiatives. • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least some experience working with US clients. • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics. • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
