Description

• Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Lead to oversee all payroll functions and ensure that payroll processes run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all regulations. • The role involves managing payroll systems, handling payroll deductions, coordinating with HR on new hires and terminations, and assisting with payroll-related year-end activities. • The Senior Payroll Lead will also handle expense processing, invoice management, and credit card reconciliations. • Key Responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll process, compliance with regulations, maintaining payroll records, and assisting with year-end activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in payroll management or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of ADP Paycard systems, payroll software, and Paycom. • Familiarity with PlateIQ for invoice processing and credit card reconciliations. • Deep understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex payroll operations. • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll and financial reporting software.
