•Elite Technology is hiring a Procurement Lead to build and scale its procurement capabilities. •Reporting to the SVP, IT & Business Systems, the Procurement Lead will take responsibility for all of Elite’s global spend management, contracting, and procurement operations. •Partner with the business to manage key vendor relationships and optimize value. •Provide functional leadership to the procurement function. •Design and launch a company-wide spend analysis. •Prioritize and execute strategic sourcing and category management initiatives. •Manage the vendor contract approval and renewal processes. •Establish supplier relationship management through policies and procedures. •Design, implement, and enable new procurement processes and best practices. •Report to Elite’s leadership the company’s spend profile, savings results, and risk mitigation activities.

Requirements

•Domain experience for a broad spectrum of indirect spend categories including IT (Software, Hardware, Cloud, Telecom, and Services), marketing, travel, and benefits. •Best in class knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, operational purchasing, transaction optimization, and negotiations practices. •Track record of collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to create value. •Bachelor’s degree in business, or related discipline, advanced degree preferred. •5-7 years of professional experience working in a procurement role. •Purchasing certification (ISM or equivalent) preferred. •Expert understanding of purchasing policies and procedures, strategic sourcing, category management, operational purchasing, and transaction optimization. •Proven experience negotiating with and managing supplier relationships with large technology vendors. •Strong financial and analytical skills and a proven track record of connecting procurement results to EBITDA. •Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and consistent track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create value. •Flexible, self-demanding, and proactive with the ability to influence/drive change across the organization.
