• Elite Technology is a leading technology company that helps law firms drive profitability. • As the Vice President of Engineering at Elite, you will lead our engineering organization. • You will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our engineering efforts. • This role requires a deep knowledge of SaaS environments and the ability to lead high-performing development teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, with a strong track record in SaaS and on-premise software product development and delivery • Expertise in designing and delivering scalable SaaS and on-premise platforms, with a deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and APIs • Proven experience leading large-scale engineering teams, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment • Strong technical knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices • Deep experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment • Extensive experience in Platform Engineering, including developing and managing platform services and infrastructure to support scalable applications • Deep experience with agile development methodologies and a focus on operational efficiency • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategies and solutions • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing engineering teams • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
