• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products, particularly in a private equity-backed context. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product strategy and decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the SaaS industry. • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. • Experience in driving cultural change and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
