• Develop qualified leads and convert these leads into opportunities. • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with school districts and educational institutions. • Drive revenue growth through staffing solutions. • Use communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. • Maintain updated CRM records of all sales activities.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, preferably in staffing or education. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM and Google Suite preferred • Experience running the entire sales cycle, from discovery to close. • Ability to travel up to 25% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred but not required).
