• The position: Healthcare Channel Director (US) • Life at Elvie; Meaningful Work, Exceptional People • We're Elvie. We create smart technology products, new solutions for women’s health issues, and a fair few taboo-busting conversations while we’re at it. • Founded by Tania Boler in 2013, we develop extraordinary innovations with a mission to empower women through radical female-first technology. • You’ll be surrounded by people who want to improve everything and everyone around them. • As Healthcare Channel Director, your role sits within the US Sales team, reporting directly into the US VP of Sales. • We want to expand access to our products and are looking to grow the national insurance / DME coverage of our product portfolio. • Location: US East coast remote working, with occasional travel to New York.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in US national insurance providers, DME providers, or companies within a similar industry • Extensive knowledge in the DME space and proven experience of shaping a go-to-market strategy and generating significant and sustained growth • A collaborative leader, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to create buy-in • Experience of managing a team • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn datasets into insights that drive solutions and strategies • Experience managing P&L and budgets • Ability to travel as-needed to DMEs, trade shows, and team events • Knowledge and experience of managing broader retail sales channels and accounts is desirable.
