• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations • Manage a diverse team of creative professionals • Overseeing studio budgets and resource utilization • Managing large-scale projects and campaigns • Collaborating closely with clients and account teams

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years in creative industry across B2B and/or B2C companies • Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, or a related field • Extensive hands-on experience in creative production, project planning, and workflow optimization • Knowledge of shoot production process • Experience orchestrating the creation of content for TV, videos, print, performance, and social campaigns • Proficient in project management tools, and creative and production workflows • In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and best practices • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative and production teams • Proven experience implementing solutions that deliver high-quality standards • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated experience hiring, managing, and developing team members • Proven track record of building and nurturing client and vendor relationships • Extremely organized with superior attention to detail and time management
