We are redefining online education by delivering elite-level learning experiences and innovative courses designed for career growth. • As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Instructional Support Specialist to join our Instructional Design Team. • This is a full-time remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Ukraine. • Position Overview: • We are seeking an Instructional Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at ELVTR. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual looking to make an impact in online education. As an Instructional Support Specialist, you will play a critical part in preparing, maintaining, and enhancing our course materials, working closely with Instructional Designers and instructors to ensure smooth content delivery. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company, with a potential path to become an Instructional Designer based on performance and dedication. • This job is for you if you are: • A highly organized individual with strong project and time management skills. • Fluent in English • An energetic, friendly, and easy-going person who thrives in a collaborative environment. • A quick thinker with a high level of cognitive ability to grasp diverse topics and effectively support content organization. • Motivated to grow in the field of instructional design and eager to learn from experienced professionals. • Key Responsibilities: • Course Material Preparation: Assist in creating and organizing course materials, such as slide decks and assignment templates, ahead of course launches. • Milestone Tracking: Monitor key project milestones and deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. • Onboarding Support: Help instructional designers onboard new instructors, coordinating documentation and facilitating smooth transitions. • Content Organization: Maintain well-organized syllabus drafts, course structures, and assignment details for easy access and updates. • Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between instructors and instructional designers, keeping communication clear and consistent. • LMS Support: Collaborate with content curators to ensure all course materials (e.g., links, slides, and assignments) are uploaded to the Learning Management System (LMS) in a timely manner. • Query Handling: Assist in managing instructor and student questions related to course logistics and troubleshooting. • Documentation Maintenance: Keep course development databases and records up to date and well-organized. • Course Rerun Assistance: Track rerun schedules and help update materials as needed for future sessions. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in course management and preparation.
