• Working knowledge of SalesForce.com • Experience with telephone sales calling, techniques and etiquette within a professional B2B market • Strong influencing skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully • Have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading • Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound • Sitting for extended periods of time • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
