π Administrative Assistant
β’ Performs a wide range of administrative support duties for the Claims Solutions unit β’ Creates documents for Claims Solutions unit including formal correspondence, memos, team member and client communications, and formal reports β’ Creates and maintains reporting including those with client information and production numbers β’ Monitors general email accounts and responds to messages as necessary β’ Manage ordering of supplies and performs inventory management functions β’ Prepares analysis of trends, including claims, income, processing, and billing trends, and compiles data into quarterly and annual reports β’ Collaborates with stakeholders to schedule, plan, and coordinate meetings β’ Completes preparations, develops agendas and handouts to Claims Solutions organization β’ Coordinates and tracks department projects, including client renewals and new business conversations to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track β’ Maintains department calendar, including scheduling client and department meetings β’ Participates in activities meetings β’ Supports leader in performing budget support functions including quarterly analysis and assembling budget information for formal submission annually
β’ Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience β’ Three years of administrative experience β’ Basic knowledge of the property and casualty industry preferred β’ Good proofreading, spelling and grammar skills β’ Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint β’ Good math aptitude and basic accounting/bookkeeping skills β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines β’ Strong customer service skills β’ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality β’ Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
