β€’ Performs a wide range of administrative support duties for the Claims Solutions unit β€’ Creates documents for Claims Solutions unit including formal correspondence, memos, team member and client communications, and formal reports β€’ Creates and maintains reporting including those with client information and production numbers β€’ Monitors general email accounts and responds to messages as necessary β€’ Manage ordering of supplies and performs inventory management functions β€’ Prepares analysis of trends, including claims, income, processing, and billing trends, and compiles data into quarterly and annual reports β€’ Collaborates with stakeholders to schedule, plan, and coordinate meetings β€’ Completes preparations, develops agendas and handouts to Claims Solutions organization β€’ Coordinates and tracks department projects, including client renewals and new business conversations to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track β€’ Maintains department calendar, including scheduling client and department meetings β€’ Participates in activities meetings β€’ Supports leader in performing budget support functions including quarterly analysis and assembling budget information for formal submission annually

Requirements

β€’ Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience β€’ Three years of administrative experience β€’ Basic knowledge of the property and casualty industry preferred β€’ Good proofreading, spelling and grammar skills β€’ Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint β€’ Good math aptitude and basic accounting/bookkeeping skills β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines β€’ Strong customer service skills β€’ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality β€’ Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
