📋 Description

• Oversee and provide the analytical/technical skills for the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management software • Responsible for daily maintenance and support of the DocuSign system • Manage intake, assignment, process flow, and reporting/dashboarding • Develop documentation to support standard questions or solutioning workflows • Communicate with the Managers and Executives regarding ongoing projects and work activities • Perform other duties as necessary for the smooth operation of the department

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Degree in related field OR equivalent experience required • 5 years Proven experience as a supply chain analyst or logistics coordinator. • 3-5 years Experience in software implementation or maintenance techniques and procedures. • Competent using Docusign or equivalent CLM system. • Adept at dashboarding, reporting, and data analytics concepts. • Ability to document and maintain process workflows, trainings, and requirements for software system. • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and facilitation skills with strong customer service emphasis. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) if no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date (Required within LA City only)
