Description
• At Employment Hero, we’re making employment easier and more valuable for everyone. • As the PH Payroll Accountant, you will ensure payroll and compliance obligations for the Philippines are delivered on time and accurately. • You will work with both internal and Global Teams People Operations and Finance teams to fulfil payroll deliverables. • You will assist with payroll software selection and integration and be the main point of contact for payroll-related queries.
Requirements
• CA/CPA qualified, with at least 3-5 years working experience • Experience with Philippines payroll legislation and compliance a must; experience with other regions would be advantageous • Experience of managing accounting & non accounting projects such as software implementation, process improvements & more • Intermediate to Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets • Experience with Netsuite, Sprout/Sunfish Payroll would be advantageous • Experience with ESOP would be advantageous • Strong planning and organisational skills with aptitude to learn and complete work within agreed deadlines • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with various internal and external partners with varying levels of payroll/finance knowledge • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity • Possess excellent decision making and problem-solving skills • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
