Description

• Omnipresent is a global employment platform that enables organisations to compliantly hire, onboard, pay, and manage their employees and contractors worldwide. • Support the building of the payroll product as we grow, delivering both an employee and customer experience second-to-none. • Become a subject matter expert on European payroll with experience in end-to-end payroll processing. • Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll for international employees, payroll system approvals, and compliance with regulations. • Manage inquiries related to payroll and provide guidance to other departments and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operations. • In-depth knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. • Proficiency with payroll software and systems • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
