• The Relationship Manager (RM) supports large and non-profit plans with assets valuing approximately 50m to 250m. • Acts as the central point of business contact for assigned client “plan sponsor” relationships for both clients and internal personnel. • RM is accountable for assigned client relationships that includes overall service delivery, evaluating and improving client satisfaction, and client P&L management. • Ensures satisfaction to retain clients and support meeting retirement plan goals. • Responsible for maintaining client relationships by identifying solutions to enhance overall satisfaction and reducing risk of client loss. • Responsible for representing the participant communications strategy to the client. • Conduct client meetings and deliver plan statistical and regulatory presentations. • Evaluate and manage client satisfaction and retention strategy. • Requires ability to travel to client/prospective client meetings.
• FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines. • FINRA fingerprint required. • Bachelor's Degree, Plus 5 years relevant experience. • Understanding and being conversant on revenue and expense variables associated with client relationships. • Understanding of investment management products and services. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to build rapport with clients and proactively manage client expectations. • Working independently and being resourceful. • Effective time management. • Effective Project Management. • Critical thinking and decision making. • Customer Focus. • Building Partnerships. • Communicating & Speaking Out.
