📋 Description

• Organizing and managing local/regional events, such as trade shows, conferences, customer events, roundtables, webinars, etc. • Define the event's objectives, goals, and target audience. • Create a detailed event plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. • Capture marketing leads and prospect information at events. • Using social media and online platforms to promote local events and engage with local communities. • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are within budgetary constraints. • Plan and coordinate event logistics. • Collect data on the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of marketing experience • Experience in Event management and organization • Experience in campaign planning and execution project & time management • Experience/knowledge in MA & CRM, budget management, marketing planning and reporting • Willingness to travel for different events
