• Senior Business Development Manager identifies new clients and introduces them to IT services • Guides new clients through the sales cycle, showcasing solutions for business goals • Serves as a trusted advisor providing IT Professional Services • Executes end-to-end client sales cycle • Develops and maintains a robust pipeline of qualified leads • Negotiates and closes strategic new business deals • Achieves and exceeds sales targets • Acts as Subject Matter Expert on technology challenges • Participates in speaking events and industry conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Significant new business development experience focused on selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services in telco industry • Strong understanding of industry technological trends and challenges • An existing warm network of contacts and/or previous customers in telco • Experience leading strategic new business development initiatives for large enterprise clients • Sales-driven professional with experience in prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating, closing contracts, and building relationships • Strong ability to engage and persuade VP or C-level decision-makers • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets • Experience preparing and presenting proposals, business cases, and statements of work
