• About Us • Endear is the leading CRM for omnichannel brands, helping global retail teams drive more revenue for their companies across in-store and online channels. • Today, thousands of retail salespeople count on Endear to connect with customers at scale without compromising on personalization. • Through a combination of segmentation, data analytics, and AI, Endear empowers the only remaining category of salespeople who have never been given the power of a CRM to increase their value and gain recognition for their work. • Launched in 2019, Endear stands out in the market for its modern SaaS approach to clienteling, and has proven that retail tech can be simple to deploy and easy to use, ensuring brands like Gorjana, Glossier, Frame and Allbirds see success from day one. • The Opportunity • As VP of marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to take an incredible product and share it with the world. • You’ll take on leading a small but mighty team that is eager to follow your guidance on how we can rapidly improve demand generation, brand recognition, and overall market penetration in order to engage and convert the world’s leading retail brands. • You'll apply your tenured history in SaaS to build the right comprehensive strategy and team for Endear’s unique offering and ICP. • With a focus on honing our top-of-funnel capabilities, you know how to draw attention to what makes us special. • You’ll be deeply involved in our overall funnel dynamics and guide both forecast and budget based on executive leadership’s overall growth goals, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and measurable results. • The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, able to think big while executing on day-to-day priorities. • You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, and have conviction around the power of marketing to make amazing products shine even brighter. • If you're excited about leading marketing at a high-growth SaaS company and want to make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• You have a rich career (8+ years) of marketing experience with 3+ years in senior roles at b2b SaaS companies. You understand the most important growth channels and relevant benchmarks but also know that one playbook doesn’t fit every company. • You’re willing to get your hands dirty and take on a player-coach mentality; we’re still a small team and we are looking for someone who’s willing to tackle challenges directly along with directing the team. • Track record of scaling marketing orgs from early-stage to growth phase. You’ve done this before and are excited for a new challenge. • You’re passionate about the numbers and leveraging data to iterate quickly. You’re eager to test out new ideas and find quick wins to keep things moving forward. • You’ve worked at a company with fewer than 20 people and have experience building and managing high-performing teams of 5-15 people; early career in top-of-funnel growth a plus • Well-versed in Hubspot; generally nerdy about how software can give us an edge over everyone else • You are excited about remote work opportunities. You thrive under the flexibility afforded by work-from-home and embrace empowering your team to work independently • You are a curious person. We want people that can see challenges coming and are eager to find novel solutions.
